I was building a steady, profitable voiceover career.

Not through luck. Not through going viral. But through direct outreach, real relationships, smart targeting, and consistent follow-up. I treated my voiceover work like a business, and it paid off.

And while I was growing, I kept watching incredibly talented voice actors struggle.

They weren’t lacking skill. They were often more skilled than me.

They were lacking marketing and strategy.

But the industry advice was frustratingly vague. “Network more.” “Post content.” “Keep auditioning.”

None of it answered the real question: What do I actually do today to build momentum?

I saw talented people burning out because they were waiting to be chosen instead of learning how to choose their clients. I realized the gap wasn’t talent. It was systems. Clarity. Accountability.

And I knew I couldn’t just tell people what worked for me. I had to break it down. Build frameworks and processes. Make it repeatable and predictable.

So I stepped into a bigger role. Not just as a voice actor, but as a teacher of the business behind it. I built training, tools, and a thriving community around one core belief:

Talent gets you a seat at the table. Marketing lets you keep it.

Today, I help voice actors shift from hoping to booking, from chaos to control, from just talent to VO CEO.

You can’t wait to be discovered. You can build a voiceover business on purpose.

And that’s why VO Pro exists. I believe that voiceover should be a meritocracy - if you’re well trained and put in the work, you should be able to make a comfortable living in this business.

My mission is to change how we teach finding work in this business and to build a community of gritty, motivated, action-taking people all making the transformation from passive starving actor to active, successful business person.
