This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
Name
Email address
Account credentials
Profile photo (if uploaded)
Billing information (processed by third parties)
Support requests
Community posts and uploaded content
For KPEye™ users, we also collect:
Client and contact information (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses)
Audition and job data (project names, genres, deadlines, revenue, notes)
Support ticket submissions
B. Community Platform (Circle)
Our community is hosted on Circle.so at community.vopro.pro.
Within the community, users may:
Create profiles
Upload profile photos
Post publicly
Send direct messages to other members
Upload files and media
Information shared within the community may be visible to other members.
We moderate posts and reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
By participating in the community, you agree that content you post may be used for marketing and promotional purposes with permission.
If your account is deleted, your community content is also deleted.
Circle collects platform-level analytics, engagement metrics, and usage data.
Circle previously processed some legacy payments. As of January 1, 2025, new account payments are processed through SamCart.
C. Payment Information
Payments for our products and programs are processed through:

Stripe
PayPal
Circle (legacy payments only)
We do not store or process credit card information directly

2. KPEye™ – Google Integrations
KPEye™ offers optional integrations with:
Google Gmail
Google Calendar
Access is granted via OAuth authorization.
Gmail Access
If authorized:
KPEye™ scans your Gmail inbox automatically.
Email content is processed temporarily to identify audition and opportunity data.
Full email bodies are not stored.
Only relevant structured data (metadata and extracted project information) is retained.
No human reviews Gmail content.
Calendar Access
If authorized:
KPEye™ may read from and write to your Google Calendar.
This enables syncing deadlines and reminders.
Users may disconnect Google integrations at any time.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Deliver courses, programs, and memberships
Operate the VO Pro Community
Provide KPEye functionality
Sync calendar deadlines
Identify audition opportunities
Send notifications and reminders
Provide support
Process payments
Improve user experience
Conduct marketing and advertising
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share data with service providers necessary to operate our Services, including:
SamCart (checkout processing)
Stripe and PayPal (payment processing)
Kit (email marketing)
HubSpot (CRM tracking)
Meta (advertising analytics)
Google Analytics and Tag Manager
Base44 (hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, analytics logging)
Circle.so (community hosting platform)
These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
5. Google API Services Disclosure
KPEye™’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not:
Sell Google user data
Use Google user data for advertising
Allow human access to Gmail content
Retain full email bodies
Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for authorized integrations.
6. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored within Base44’s infrastructure.
Community data is hosted by Circle.
OAuth tokens are stored securely.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
No system is completely secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect information.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data until you request deletion.
We do not automatically purge inactive accounts.
If you delete your VO Pro account, associated community content is deleted. If you delete your KPEye™ account, associated data are deleted.
8. Your Rights
You may:
Access your personal data
Update your information
Request deletion of your account
Disconnect Google integrations

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to:
Know what personal information we collect
Request deletion
Correct inaccurate information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information.
However, use of Meta Pixel and Google Analytics may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
You may manage tracking through our cookie consent banner or by submitting a request to support@vopro.pro.
We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.
10. International Users
If you access our Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
